DE NACHTHALTE – MICROFESTIVAL NYE
Almost a year went by and we are back for NYE at the warehouse where it all started! This time with a slight different area set-up at the venue of HAL 25. We will create a micro-journey through three dance areas, a theatrical room, a cinemacontainer and a big artsy chillout that is curated by a performance artist. The chillout also provides drinks, fingerfood and offcourse champagne and deep fried doughnut balls (oliebollen).
To meet your expectations, these are the area’s:

This absurdistic dixi amphitheatre with different dancing levels and a 7m high ceiling, brings out the artistic HAL 25 warehouse vibe. We set up a hot line-up with pure house grooves all night long. Fire guaranteed with:

Our beloved upper-room which is going te be musically filled by three misses. Expect different groovy styles, with a blend of disco, world music and different electronic styles. Museumnacht Alkmaar keert terug!
“een bruisende nacht vol kunst, muziek en entertainment”
Na een eerste uitverkochte editie neemt Museumnacht Alkmaar op zaterdag 30 september de nacht weer over. Het evenement, dat plaatsvindt van 19:00 uur tot 00:00 uur, brengt een bruisende mix van kunst, muziek en entertainment naar Alkmaar. Met een diverse line-up van artiesten en een indrukwekkend scala aan deelnemende locaties belooft Museumnacht Alkmaar een nacht te worden om nooit te vergeten.
Dit jaar zullen de headliners Gladde Paling, Personal Trainer en CHARLOT met hun eigen en hedendaagse geluid het dak van HAL 25 af spelen. Maar ook de overige line- up stelt niet teleur en is te zien in toffe locaties als het Stedelijk Museum Alkmaar, De Grote Kerk, Grafisch Atelier, Kunstuitleen en het Biermuseum. De locaties bieden een gevarieerd aanbod aan kunstinstallaties, workshops, dans performances, singer-songwriters en zelfs de mogelijkheid om een tattoo te laten zetten. In De Grote Kerk wordt bovendien een silent disco georganiseerd waar je onder andere kan genieten van heerlijke hitjes of een goede techno set. Daarnaast kan je op deze unieke locatie je ogen de kost geven met een indrukwekkende kunstinstallatie.
Aan de echte nachtbrakers is natuurlijk ook gedacht: voor degenen die de nacht in stijl willen afsluiten, is er dit jaar voor het eerst een afterparty in Podium Victorie. Verschillende DJ’s, waaronder Marcel Vogel & LYMA, zullen de dansvloer tot 04:00 uur ’s nachts vullen met opzwepende beats waarin je je kan laten meevoeren. Natuurlijk zal ook op de after de nodige kunst te bewonderen zijn.
Museumnacht Alkmaar werkt samen met toffe partners, waaronder Safe Space, Noorderwind, Sorpresa by Sylvie Konings en Lola Events. Deze organisaties gooien allemaal hun eigen sausje over de avond. Hierdoor kunnen we verzekeren dat Museumnacht Alkmaar een inclusief, divers en innovatief evenement wordt waar iedereen zich thuis voelt.
“Met Museumnacht Alkmaar willen we een unieke ervaring bieden aan iedereen die zich even wil verliezen in de nacht. Een nacht waarbij kunst en cultuur samenkomen met muziek en entertainment”, aldus de organisatoren. “We zijn verheugd om dit jaar zulke geweldige artiesten en locaties te kunnen presenteren en we kijken ernaar uit om een onvergetelijke avond te creëren voor alle bezoekers.”

Crosstown Murals is een tweedaags festival in het Pinksterweekend waar Graffiti en Street art op positieve wijze centraal staat! Ruim 25 regionale kunstenaars komen live werken. Elke kunstenaar krijgt een plek aangewezen binnen het festivalterrein waar hij/ zij een deel van de gezamenlijke muurschildering realiseert. Ruim 1500 m2 muuroppervlakte zal worden beschilderd!
Maar er is meer! Op zaterdag 27 mei sluiten we de dag af met een beukend potje drum & bass! Werk jezelf dansend in het zweet zodat je de sportschool weer een dag kan overslaan! Entree is gratisss en we starten om 18:00 in het zonnetje!

De Nachthalte launches a second clubnight at De Zolder of HAL 25 Alkmaar!
With the last edition on Kingsday with Tom Trago (sold out) fresh in mind, July 15th is set to become another epic night. Again we will create an intimate atmosphere combined with the perfect sound in this unique upper room (De Zolder). Rayzir is invited to come join us. This rising star and 90’s kid released several bangers the last few years on big labels like Elrow, Nervous, Muse, Avotre and so on. Getting support by Marco Carola, Jamie Jones, Loco Dice, Dennis Cruz and Michael Bibi + playing big festivals like Elrow & Strafwerk says it all. Rayzir is dominating the global dancefloors as we speak and we are happy to have him over for a 2hour set!

Finally returning to, and using the main warehouse area. We’ve curated a lineup where some of our most beloved artists, and friends will be introducing you to their sounds. From a 6-deck 2 mixer b2b, to vinyl, to a unique b2b closing set.
Our warehouse will feature Funktion One Audio, custom minimalistic, but premium lighting and stage design exclusively at our events.
Using the upper room to host all of our talents, friends, and lesser known artists. One thing is for-sure, they know how to, and will definitely make this intimate, smaller room as hot and sweaty as it can be. Expect high-energy, fast, and high-tempo grooves.
All sets will be at least 2 hours, with both closing sets being extended to 3 hours so you can deep dive into the full journey our artists would like to take you along in.
